908 is a motion design studio and multimedia production company based in berlin. We deliver motion graphics, 3D, live-action, commercials, interactive, digital and apps.

Our production services cover concept & development, filmproduction,
2d + 3d animation, postproduction, music & sound design bookable for a complete pipeline or as a single module. 908 offers you full service in our beautiful 360 m2 studio loft, completed by professional equiped suites for editing and design, a soundstudio, 14 workstations, a renderfarm and a roof terrasse in the heart of berlin-kreuzberg.

THE COMPANY

In 2004 908 was founded by Ron Geipel and Steffen Baumgart. In our studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg we’re involved in the most diverse national and international projects.

A GROWING TEAM

908 consists of 16 specialists of the most distinct fields: from conception, design, motion graphic to 2D + 3D animation. Depending on the special characteristics of a project 908 can rely on a widespread network of contributors adding singular and sophisticated details.

CHALLENGING
CONCEPTS + DESIGN

908 functions in an atmosphere of mutual support and competition, sharpening our senses to create concepts, designs and objects, which are both communicative and relevant as well as inspiring.

EXPERIMENT and DEVELOPMENT

908lab is our research department. Here we aim to combine technology with design in new ways. We play with recent ideas, experiment with old ones and develop our own in-house tools. We come up with fresh ways to use our existing hardware and software, or simply develop our own when we need to.

The studio loft is a workspace and at the same time a place for inspiration.
